[ft-l] Panhandle hike advice

I'm planning a 2 and a half day, 2 night weekend hike with a friend in the
Tallahassee vicinity (within an hour's drive) in mid-January.  I haven't hiked
there, but I do have the Florida Trail maps.  Before I just pick something at
random, I was wondering if any of you could recommend something in the 18 to
25 mile length where cars could be parked at each end.  Or I'd consider a nice
loop trail that long.  Also, any info about hunting season.  My preference
would be the weekend with Martin Luther King Day, but I am flexible.
