OK, here goes...

A couple weekends ago, I was standing up to my knees in swampwater, repainting
blazes along the northeast section of the Bull Creek Loop, hoping that the folks
in charge would finally acknowledge and do something about the (unintentional
but destructive) flooding they've created, so we could once again enjoy this
beautiful little trail.  Perhaps I'm being hopelessly OPTIMISTIC...

ok......you've waited all weekend......here it is..........The word of the
week  IS...................not booger, not wet, not itch, not even
sand..... it's four syllables for heaven's sake (Jeff will be SO proud of
me).  It's about the bright side and hope and confidence.  It's when you
aren't sure exactly where you are BUT  your water supply is half full and
the  sky's blue.  It's  OPTIMISTIC.

I know you're out there so run with it!
