[ft-l] Nearly run over on the trail

Mark, Great Idea. As a fellow Boy Scout leader, I find that most people do
not know very much about the FTA, its purpose, or the regulations and rules.
Many responsible leaders would be more than willing to relay information to
their troops. This would benefit all and hopefully involve more in the
FTA's efforts.

In a larger scope of thinking, this would also open up sources of
information to many who think that Florida is all beaches with very little
to offer in the outdoors. If is wasn't for the FTA, I would not know half
the great places I do now.
