[ft-l] Government and nature, some fun.

My guess is an urban legend but dam funny regardless. I do recall seeing
something about some state agency giving some land owner hell for letting
the land around a drinking water well become flooded, the flooding caused by
another pack of dam beavers. Another branch of the state government demanded
that he not bother the beavers. Life can be tough while dealing with the dam
government boys.
