Jonathon Dickenson State Park in Hobe Sound has a 18 mile loop trail.  It's 
the only trail in South Florida that I've found to be semi-hard (there's 
actually some hills!)  There's a primitive campsite about 9 miles in and 
another one about 6 miles further if you want to make a weekend out of it.  
They don't let you gather wood in the park, so be prepared to camp in the 
dark, or carry your wood in.
