[ft-l] F-HATT logo winner

Announcements, announcements, an-nounc-e-ments!

The winner of the F-HATT logo contest is Logo #4.  It was close, with #4
edging out #6 by only 2 votes.

I'll get a copy of the original gif from the designer, Sean Mayhew, and send
it to Sandy (FTCracker) for the website and Sandy (DeathsDoor) for possibly
developing a patch/tee-shirt/bandana.
