We need someone who can take over moderation of the CDT-L.  Your task is
mainly to approve/reject the incoming email a few times a week.

All of the member's emails get through automatically, but spam and folks
from unknown addresses get hung up in the filter and require a human to
take a look.

Any volunteers?
