[cdt-l] map scales

I agree a 7.5 min map is too much detail, but I might be tempted to knock out a few peaks along the way.  A 15 min map sounds like a good compromise, but I believe you were saying they no longer make those.  The 100,000 scale dosn't show enough detail.
