Re: [at-l] Hacking..

Maybe they were fixing up a car to sell. Our son-in-law in Dallas had his
car broken into right in his back yard. They stole the battery, battery
cables, the manuals and maintenance records out of the glove compartment,
his housekey with the garage door opener attached, an REI sleeping bag that
I'd given him, the driver's visor, and the logo off the trunk. The police
told him that they were professionals who knew exactly what they needed.
Too bad about the sleeping bag, too, because he's very tall, and it was an
extra long. Can't get that model anymore, and it matched our daughter's.
He spent a whole day off work getting the house re-keyed, the garage door
opener reprogrammed, and the car running again. Leslie
