No offence to Orangebug, but I think Dr. sometimes just guess too.  When
all else fails give Amoxicillian.   I know it is not always true, but a
Dr. told us one time after pouring gallons of Amoxicillan in kids that a
low grad temp is sign of bacterial infection and needs medecine and high
grade temp is viral and no medicine will help.  Now I know Orangebug is
going to fry me for practicing medicine.  Maybe I better stick to
computers and the Bible.  You know when I cann't figure out what to do
with a computer, I reboot it.
