You might look at the REI Rising Star, which is an internal frame pack made
for women and smaller hikers. It is dark green, at least the last time I
looked. Our local mountain-shop owner suggests Kelty packs, especially the
Coyote (I think), which is an I-frame pack made for Scouts and other small
beings.

My daughter has finally outgrown her REI kid's frame pack. She is way too
tall to get a proper fit, but she's so painfully skinny that the hipbelt on
any larger pack won't cinch down far enough. I may look at the Osprey packs
that Jim Mayer recommended.
