[at-l] water filters

Thanks for all the info I received on a choice of water filters for
Jamaica.  I decided to go with upgrading my PUR Hiker to a Voyager by
simply buying a Voyager replacement cartridge.  I had no idea you could
just upgrade them like that.  Just ordered one from Campmor for $36.99.  

As always, y'all are a fountain of knowledge (except Felix.  He's just weird.)
