That's happened to me before... if you're using Outlook to view you e-mail, go to the "View" menu at the top, and select "Text Size"... you can make it smaller there by choosing "smaller". I hope a thousand people haven't answered your question already. I'm in the computer industry, and I tend to over-analyze problems... for example when this happened to me, I assumed that I had caught a nasty Outlook-targeted virus, so I downloaded and ran all the latest Anti-Virus programs on it... HA!!! Finally, after about two weeks of HUGE font, I realized what I had done.

Ryan, have you done something to the font of the list?  All of a sudden, it's bold and big.  It'll take some getting used to.  On the other hand, it may be some button that I've pushed without realizing it.  :^)  Leslie
