Hmph hope that ole boy turns up at the Ruck to be dealt with firmly!
Meanwhile, Pat, you know I feel your pain, so I did some basic research: my
milk carton says 8 cups = 30% of a normal daily requirement of calcium and
so does my soy milk carton. So I figure the really good answer is:
In excess of 3 x 8 oz./day of:
Chocolate milk
Chocolate soy milk
Cocoa
Milk and Oreos
Triple chocolate cake and milk
Milk and Brownies
Milk Chocolate fudge -- and milk
Ben & Jerry's fudge whatsis with chocolate sauce and just the weest dash of
Rumple Minze
Obviously, tho this isn't the thread in which to say so, I don't fold -- I
just stuff and roll!
Happy Holidays of every sort including this good all-purpose greeting of the
season:
Happy Winter Solstice!
