[at-l] Carter Gap Shelter

On our trip, we stopped for lunch at the new Carter Gap shelter.  Since the 
old one was about falling down and totally unsheltered from the wind, this 
new one is perfect.  The only problem was that I wasn't able to locate the 
water.  Anyone know where it is?  Gutsy
P.S. It still smelled like new wood!
