*****AND GMC REPLIED:
No, but I can help with an easy and effective exercise. Sit on a stool
or other surface that permits your legs to dangle (as in off the floor).
Point your toe and draw the alphabet in the air. Repeat.
Give Me C-H-O-C-O-L-A-T-E
*****AND Dr. Strangeglove opines:
That'd be effective in treating shinsplints, GMC, but for PF?
Try instead a standing push-up (against a wall), making sure
your heel stays on the ground and that you hold the stretch for 30.
Dr. Pribut's Sportsmed Page (and associated links) are pretty good, BTW.
