Dog owners have no sense of smell.  To you, dogs smell just fine.  To the
rest of us, they stink on a fine day, and really reek on a rainy day.  Of
course, the human hikers smell just lovely, too!  I've shared shelters with
dogs, and, thank you, I'd rather not.  Also, to non-dog people, dogs are
unpredictable.  For some reason, I'm a magnate, and they all feel the need
to jump up on me, or lick me and stuff.  Yuck!  And No Wise Cracks from the
peanut gallery, please!  Leslie
