You mean like REAL VERMONT MAPLE SYRUP? What time does breakfast start as I
don't want to be late. 
Better yet I'll give Woodelf assistance with preparing pancakes.  I'm a
good gopher and a good food tester.
Please do bring along some of your homespun Vermont Maple Syrup.
