Re: [at-l] meat - pork and kraut

Roat pork and sauerkraut are easy to take on the trail with you.

Cook a pork roat and season as you would - dry.
When it's pull-apart tender, shred the meat with
a fork. Throw this shredded pork in your food dryer
and dry till the moisture is removed.

Dry the appropriate amount of kraut in the food dryer.

Dry the appropriate amount of onions.

On the trail, throw it all in a pot, cover with water, simmer until tender and
add a packet of mustard to taste...

Im hungry already!
