Ever seen the Blair Witch Project?!?!?!?!? *LOL*
Seriously, those are "cairns".... trailmarkers. When I'm hiking, I always
try to add a rock to the cairn, since they "erode" (by people?) over the
years, just to help the maintainers out, and to help the people behind me.
