     This is a very cool thread.
     Who else has "mental cross-training" to add?
     btw, "Endurance" was also the name of Shackleton's ship.
     btw2, saw the Trailside video "Thruhiking the Appalachian Trail"
     yesterday. Definitely a winner. Surprised me. Very cool things.
     So what other books are out there???
