I don't use the tubes so this is pure conjecture, but what about the extra
heavy duty bobby pins. They may be to long, at 2 in, but you could check them
out. Come in black or brown, made by Goody or Wilhold, sold 20 (?) to
a card for a couple bucks prolly at a Wallmart near you.
