Chocolate---
I don't care for fall hiking on
the AT. For me, there's no energy there. In the spring, the energy
is everywhere; everybody you meet is going to be the one to make it to
Maine. In the fall, I feel that I'm just making miles, nothing to look
forward to. Of course, I'm a hot weather person. That may have
something to do with it. And, I haven't seen any increase in trail
traffic. Less, if anything.
