While trolling for journal links, I came upon one I am enjoying very much, 
written by the support person, not the hiker :)  Go figure.  It's pretty good 
reading.  Anyway, up to Damascus and Trail Days, and I caught a reference to 
our very own Mike Henderson. Thought I'd share it with you.  :)
