I like the Roanoke, VA airport.  Twice I've flown there in month of May for
a little walk.  Easy taxi ride from the airport to where the AT crosses
I-81.  One year I went S to Pearisburg (75 miles?) and the other time I
went N, all the way to Waynesboro (130 miles).  At both termini, I stayed
overnight, cleaned up, then caught a bus to other airports to fly home.
