I have a Sierra Designs Orion CD (packed wt 5 lbs, 10 oz) that I love.  It is 
big enough for two people to sleep comfortable, has decent ventilation and 
kept me dry on a weekend when the rain caused flooding throughout New England 
(the trail had over a foot of water on it in most places). The vestibule 
isn't huge but big enough for one half empty pack or a couple pairs of wet 
boots, etc.  (remember to check your boots for slugs in the morning before 
you hit the privy - ewwwwwwww - they feel pretty gross between your toes)

Campmor has the 98 edition (mine is a 97 but they look the same) for $199.
