[at-l] Beginning running



Try a walki/run method to begin.  Run a couple of minutes, then walk a 
minute, increasing your running time as well as your distance over a period 
of time.   A heart rate monitor would help you keep your workouts within a 
reasonable rate, too.   Don't get discouraged; you will get there.  Also, be 
certain you have good running shoes.  Get some advice from an expert as to 
the proper shoes for you.  Gutsy
