Ideas- You're on the right track comparing labels. My food bag has grapes, 
raisins, peanut M&Ms, fig newtons, and pb&j on pita or tortilla for on the 
move snacking. And I make darn sure to stay hydrated.  That's enough Power 
Foods for me.
Comment- All those PowerBar/Supergel things at the checkout counter at REI, 
EMS, et al are 50% marketing, 50% psychological are 50% marketing, 50% 
psycholoal 'boost', and 50% poor science.
