     Except that what cured my PF/Achilles aches this spring was not the 
     $35 jobbie from the (well-meaning) running store, but the $11 ($8.50 
     with coupon) jobbie from Dr Schoals. Immediate and lasting relief -- I 
     bought two more for street shoes and such....
     
     Look what ROLE you need to have an insert play before you lay out long 
     green for what is essentially a label. And experiment, too. I think 
     we'd all be in favor of "If it works, BUY it!"
