No, he does NOT need a lawyer - this is a nuisance case. He is trying to back 
out of a deal that is recorded for all to see in the at-l archives. Imagine 
that - trying to back out of a deal made for a favorite charity.

Whatever is this world coming to when you can't depend on the word of a tutu 
wearing bear? My heart is breaking.
