Funny, I was just thinking of posting again to the list, waited awhile for responses, but there haven't been any. Well, if I get flamed, I get flamed.
Someone posted, saying that someone named "Big Daddy" had some info, but my post asking who/what/where "Big Daddy" was went unanswered. so...anyone know?
I am still very interested in finding out which are the "dry" trail towns and counties along the AT, and how folks who enjoy a couple cold ones handle this. C'mon folks, I know there most be some beer-lovin' thru-hikers on this list! Whatdya do? Mail-drop it in? Hope for Trail magic? Do without?
If nothing else, it would be VERY handy if someone, anyone, could just post the list of dry towns. I did search the internet for this info, but no go.
Thanks, Troy
