[at-l] GPS and Lats and Long

Does anyone know how to convert the decimal latituedes and longitudes to
minutes and seconds? On MapBlast! it will give a latitude as 35.558588
and longitude of 82.538407 but I don't know how to program that into
my borrowed GPS. btw the above # represent Max Patch. (Where I'll be
soon!!)
