You remember right about Brylcream, but the ad was a jingle:
"Brylcreme, a 
little dab'll do ya!" Repeated a few times. It definitely laid hair
down, 
and kept the comb well lubricated as you slid it in your back pocket.

No offense OrangeBug....but I've seen what resides on your cranium, and
it doesn't look like you'd even need a little dab to hold that down.
Then again, you were a younger man once....
