Suggestion: For something different, try Jalapeno
seasoning in your trail meal. Certainly adds some zip.

Konriko brand Jalapeno All-purpose Seasoning.

"A masterful blend of spices that makes every meal a
celebration."

Weight for the whole container (net weight 3.25 oz) is
5 oz. The container is a little on the heavy side but
you don't have to take the whole container (probably a
months worth in one container I would imagine). You
could put some in a film canister to save a couple of
ounces or more. Made from black pepper and ground up
jalapeno peppers.

I found this Jalapeno powder in the spice section of
the grocery store just down the shelf from the Butter
Buds.
