Ha, that's what THEY say.  I don't believe it for a minute!  Has anyone read 
James Redfield's "Tenth Insight"?  I'd say his version is a lot more 
plausible than the govt's.  All I know is that I had a terrible feeling as I 
went past it, and I sure didn't want to linger.
