[at-l] got any good directions

can some one guide me from I-70 and us40 in maryland (it is the same road
errr highway)and oh yeah a cross street maybe 97 south ...  or gerogia
avenue (also the same street two names. this street starts in dc and goes
out to 70 crosses over and goes north)  to trail days... i am bad at
directions on roads so be gental please.

i figure i should pick GEOGIA have for two reasons one cause it is one of
the terminus states of the AT and TWO, most importantly i live right off
it...

FYI washintong dc has state name roads expanind out ward in a pinwheel...
but they have less than 50 state roads and i dotn knwo what states are
missing.. prolly hawii though and the other i dont know.
