Spaghetti sauce is one of our favorites. I dry mine on the special tray they 
give you for fruit leathers in my dehydrator. Then I run it through my food 
processor to make it rehydrate quicker (I hike with children who do NOT want 
to wait!) We have used it with macaroni noodles, spaghetti, but out favorite 
is tortelini (sp?)
