Shirt only. These dry quickly and are light. The pants are not so useful. A
draw string belt is okay if you are using them for jammies or standing
around an OR table a good part of the day. The legs are loose, and would
flop around and catch brambles. I am certain they would still cause chafing
(see prior posts on this intimate subject).
The only problem with wearing scrubs - they identify you with where you
work. In the woods, I don't like to be a doctor, but just another clueless
guy with a strange name (not that I'm that different in the real world). On
my recent hike, only Bristlecone blew my cover.
