[at-l] re: anorak vs. parka

i like the full zipper jacket for increased ventilation.  in the summer,
the only time i wear it while walking is to keep me warm, not necessarily
dry, so i like the fact that i can either have it zipped all the way, or
not at all, or anywhere in between.
