[at-l] VA in May

Hi folks,

I'm new to the list, so if this question has been asked recently, I
apologize.  

I'm planning on doing a 10 day trip in Virginia (probably Shenandoah,
but perhaps just south of the park) in early to mid May (ending around
the 14th).  In my research so far, it seems like most thru-hikers will
be in Damascus around that time, so much of Virginia won't be *too*
crowded.  Is that reasonably correct?  I'm planning on tenting, but
still, sometimes it can be hard to find tent space when there are lots
of people out. 

As I said, I'm probably going to Shenandoah, but if anyone has a
favorite 100 mile stretch, I'd love to hear about it.
