[at-l] Bristlecone at the Blueberry Patch

Hello again,

Well it seems that Trail life is agreeing with Bristlecone because he got
to the Blueberry Patch a day earlier than expected.  He's had rain, sleet,
snow and sun.  (Hmm, no hail yet!)  He said yesterday was just a beautiful
day and he decided not to stop at Tray Mtn. so continued on to Deep Gap
last night.  Now it's raining and the Trail is getting a little sloppy.
The Blueberry Patch is full... he says he saw Paddler signed in there
(about a week ago?), but he didn't see Mara signed in (but we know when she
was there from her journal), and Baltimore Jack is about 3.5 days ahead of
him.  Life on the Trail continues to be great for him, even the rain is
wonderful, and ruffled grouse are already out drumming their wings.  And
he's even more sure now that he's never coming back!  Yep, I remember those
days :-)  Tomorrow he's on to NC!

For everyone who sent me emails to say 'Hi' to him, I conveyed all of your
messages (individually) to him and he wanted me to let you know he's really
happy to hear from you and wishes everyone who's starting shortly a great
hike.
