[at-l] Turtle

I had a message at school today from Turtle saying that he was off the
trail due to serious back pain.  He mentioned several people whose names
were familiar from the list.  One was Pittsburgh -- Pbg.  Do you know
any more about his plans or how he is doing?  His message wasn't very
clear.  Thanks for any info.  He is one of the hikers my LD students
have been writing to and they are concerned, as well.
