[at-l] 99 WF Handbook??????????

Hi Folks,
I just got off the phome with ATC store and WF's handbook isn't available
and they aren't sure when it will be ready.  According to ATC he won't
return their phone calls.  This is a shame.  So many people depend on his
handbook and it appears it won't be available for quite a few this year.
Thought I would pass on what I just found out.
