Around here, the brand name is "Fantastic Foods".  I can get it at the
regular supermarkets and at the local health food stores.  This is GREAT
stuff... you can use it make refried beans, add it to all sorts of one pot
meals, and even make black bean soup with it.  Very versatile, tastes good,
and doesn't even seem to make me fart.
