[at-l] Rape charges to be dropped

Just got this tonight. Rape charges against Terry Alvin Boose will be dropped by the end of the week. Boose, 33, was charged with raping a 28-year-old Delaware woman on the Appalachian Trail in Michaux State Forest in Pa. on June 3, 1998. However, a DNA test failed to link specimens taken from Boose and the victim. Taken from Mar. 3, 1999 Carlisle Evening Sentinel.
