[at-l] NJ County 519

Does anyone know the parking situation on NJ County 519? How big, how
open, how safe? I am thinking of using it as a shuttle anchor point
for a 3 day hike south from Arden in May.

Also, any advice on water and bug conditions in NJ in May? Do Black Flies
get that far south?
