[at-l] Guys in skirts...



...and I'm not talking about Solar Bear and his tutu...

[not much obligatory AT content, just another perspective  :-)  ]

I do a lot of dancing and there are quite a few male contra dancers who 
wear skirts because they are cooler than pants or shorts.  They are not 
in drag.  They are not trying to look feminine.  They are just trying to 
stay cool.

With the exception of Scottish dancing with men in kilts (which are too 
heavy to be cool), I haven't seen this in any other dance circles, just 
contras.

YMMV.
