[at-l] Neel's Gap

Can anyone tell me anything about Neel's Gap? Can I park a car there? will
it be safe? Are there shuttles to Amicalola Falls? Can you park a car at
Amicalola? Will it be safe there?

I want to do that section early this spring before it gets too crowded.
