Sure. Cauliflower dries and looks like the little trees you use when you make
model railroad stuff. It comes back OK, but if you need to have the texture of
fresh for the recipe to be a success, you'll be disappointed.

I dry cauliflower, brocolli, peas, corn, carrots and beans mostly.
