[at-l] extra food

I carry a packet of instant oatmeal; a PowerBar, which I hate, in a 
flavor I particularly hate (it's the dog food and fruitcake thing...); 
and a package of Ramen. I pretend it's a day's worth of food. The 
oatmeal and Ramen I could even eat cold, if necessary. Quite light.
